Please be aware that any bets placed or transactions completed before such notification are deemed to have been made by the account holder.

• You are prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use your account, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security vulnerability, unauthorized access attempt, or breach affecting the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

00bet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, and any behavior that undermines the integrity of the Platform or harms other users. The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including using different names, phone numbers, or wallet IDs to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds. 00bet is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

00bet actively monitors account behavior and betting patterns. Where prohibited activity is identified, winnings obtained through such activity will be forfeited, account balances may be adjusted, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 00bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of 00bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 00bet name, logo, and all related product and service names and slogans are trademarks of 00bet and may not be used without our express written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
